Changed your mind about your purchase? Fret not! Simply notify us via our Contact Page within 14 days of your receipt of the item, indicating "Defects, exchanges & returns" for the "Type of Enquiry", and we will be in touch with you shortly on the next steps.
Note: For hygiene purposes, certain items will not be eligible for returns. This will be specified under the "Returns" section in the respective product pages.
For all valid returns, you will receive shopping credits for your next purchase with us, within 7 days of us receiving the item(s).
The amount of shopping credit given will be based on the cost of the item stated in your original invoice, less any discounts (where applicable).
